Pierced Forever Foundation accepts unused burial plot donations from anywhere in the United States. Donated plots help provide burial access, dignity, and remembrance for families who have lost a baby.

Before completing this form, please contact your cemetery first to confirm that the plot can be transferred to Pierced Forever Foundation.
