Donate A Burial Plot

Do you or your family have unused burial plots you no longer need?
Pierced Forever Foundation accepts unused burial plot donations from anywhere in the United States. Donated plots help provide burial access, dignity, and remembrance for families who have lost a baby.

Before completing this form, please contact your cemetery first to confirm that the plot can be transferred to Pierced Forever Foundation.

Confirm that the plot is transferable, then ask the cemetery to send any required transfer documents to us electronically for signature. Upon receipt, we will complete our portion of the transfer.
