Do you or your family have burial plots you no longer need?
Pierced Forever Foundation accepts unused burial plot donations from anywhere in the United States. Your donation may be tax-deductible and helps provide burial access, dignity, and remembrance for families who have lost a baby.
This process is designed to be handled directly through your cemetery, with minimal effort on your end.

How to Donate Burial Plots
Step 1: Contact Your Cemetery
Call or email your cemetery and let them know you would like to donate your burial plot(s) to a nonprofit organization:

Ask them to initiate a deed transfer, deed of gift, title transfer, or relinquishment of rights.
Most cemeteries handle this regularly and will prepare everything for you. If possible, request electronic signature.
Step 2: Sign the Transfer Documents
The cemetery will provide the required transfer form. Simply sign where indicated.
In most cases, notarization is not required, but the cemetery will confirm.
Step 3: Cemetery Sends the Deed
Once signed, the cemetery will finalize the transfer and send the deed directly to us.
You do not need to coordinate further or mail anything separately unless your cemetery instructs you to.
Step 4: Complete the Donation Form
Fill out the form below so we can log your donation, match it to the deed, and prepare your tax-deductible receipt.
You may upload a copy of the transfer document if available, but it is not required.
Step 5: Tax Information (Optional)

Once we receive both your donation form and your deed, we’ll send your official tax-deductible donation receipt for your records.
